on the south western shore of Mlibizi Basin, marks the western tip of Lake Kariba.
Here the attractive harbour serves fishing boats and occasionally yachts. The harbour is also western terminus for the Kariba Ferry (see Kariba) which makes trips up and down the Lake.
Visitors with no transport of their own, wishing to go between Victoria Falls and Mlibizi bound to or from Kariba are able enlist the services of a shuttle mini-bus service.
Binga is a small village with a harbour about 70km north west of Mlibizi. Access is best from the Bulawayo/Victoria Falls road, or through Gokwe. Both places are good for fishing, bream and tiger.
