Zimbabwe has national telephone, fax and telex facilities. Area codes for direct dialling are listed in the telephone directory. Public call boxes are no longer in use but there are phone shops. Internet cafés offer email and pay phone facilities. Three GSM Cellular networks operate each with roaming facilities: Telecel (Network Code 023), Net-One (Network Code 011) and Econet (Network Code 0912). Networks may not cover remote areas.

Harare International Airport has a pay phone in the Departure Hall and also an Internet café.
